Business Development Manager
Job Description
What You’ll Do:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and regional markets
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Understand client needs and work with product teams to tailor solutions
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts
Lead RFP responses and strategic sales pitches
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new areas for growth
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity using CRM tools
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of experience in business development in the software industry
Strong background in Fintech (e.g. payments, digital banking, wallets)
Proven track record in B2B sales and strategic partnerships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and explain software products
Fluent in English and Arabic
