Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, commission-based Virtual Assistant / Sales Partner with an existing project pipeline who needs a reliable software house to execute deals. You will act as a bridge between your clients and Igentech, closing deals and ensuring smooth handover for project delivery.
This is a commission-only role, ideal for independent professionals, consultants, or business developers who already have clients but lack a trusted technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your existing client network to close software development deals.
- Identify client requirements and match them with Igentech’s capabilities.
- Act as the first point of contact for prospects, building trust and presenting Igentech as their delivery partner.
- Coordinate with Igentech’s technical team to scope, price, and finalize proposals.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure a smooth handover for project execution.
- Maintain regular communication with clients during the onboarding phase.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and earn commission per closed deal.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or consulting (preferably in IT/software).
An active project pipeline or network of clients seeking software development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results without direct supervision.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for tech and digital transformation.
