We designed and developed a multi-tenant SaaS ticketing platform that enables the client to offer a fully customizable support management system to other businesses. The platform was built not only to support internal operations, but also as a commercial product that can be deployed, branded, and scaled across multiple client organizations.

We led the full product design and development process, including SaaS architecture planning, UX/UI design, system development, and deployment.

To ensure timely communication across all stakeholders, we implemented an event-driven notification system that automatically delivers updates throughout the ticket lifecycle.
Whether a ticket is created, assigned, updated, or resolved, relevant users are notified through their preferred channels, including email, in-app notifications, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. Administrators can also configure notification rules and delivery preferences directly from the platform settings.
Rather than operating as an isolated tool, the platform was designed to fit naturally within existing business ecosystems. Through email integrations and webhooks, organizations can connect support workflows with the tools they already use.

To ensure efficient operations and accountability, the platform was designed around clearly defined user roles. Each role has a dedicated set of responsibilities that align with its function within the support workflow, reducing confusion and minimizing unnecessary access.
